Hi

Can you please run the script manually and add -verbose? This will give you a more complete log output. You can then copy/paste that here and I can see what might be going on.

Thanks.

Hi There,

I ran the script on verbose, here is the Log.

I've also noticed the Log files aren't even being created in the folder I specify .

Hi

What does the A drive map to? Do the directories you've specified exist?

If the script isn't able to find the specified destination, it defaults to renaming, which is what it looks like it happening. Can you confirm that the recordings are being renamed?

Some recordings aren't be processed at all due to there not being enough information for the script to decide what to do.

Regards

I'm in Australia which has terrible EPG data, EPG collector does a good job o enhancing it. I'm not surprised or overly concerned that the script can't get every file.

Back to my issue .....

I can confirm the majority are being renamed fine. Just not moved.

The A: drive is my media drive.

My setup is WMC records to a:\Recorded TV\
I have all the wtvmetarenamer files in a:\Recorded TV\
I am trying to rename the files (example) a:\Recorded TV\peppa pig\
The program name folders do already exist.
It's worth noting that the log files aren't being moved anywhere either.

Why I'd like the folders to work is so MCEbuddy can convert and comskip programs and move it to my plex folders. MCEbuddy has different rules for different folders ie kids TV shows with new adds or adult shows with adds that needs comskip.
